To give you an overview of the course...

The course runs over six weeks, with a new module being released each week.

In week one, we’re going to talk about managing yourself. This is the foundation. You know when they’re going through the safety instructions on a flight and they tell you to put your own oxygen mask on first? This is the same. You have to manage yourself first so you’re fit to help everyone around you.

In week two we’re going to look at your dreams. This is about creating a harmonious relationship in which you and your spouse are guided by the same aims.

In week three, we’ll talk about roles and responsibilities, doing away with unspoken expectations and disappointments.

Next it’s onto planning and goal setting. No more wasted time – these techniques will have you taking the holiday you’ve been dreaming of for years and spending relaxing weekends with your family.

In week five of the course we’re going to deal with problem solving – eradicating your problems, rather than sticking a Band-Aid over their symptoms.

We’ll wrap the course in week six looking at that old chestnut: money. I’m going to let you in on a mindset that can be a real relationship saver when it comes to finances.

Once you've worked your way through the six modules, you can go back and revisit them anytime you like.

Along the way, I really want you taking action. As we go through the course, the value is in the exercises.

I’ll take you behind the scenes of how my wife and I manage our family. I want you to implement – or at least try – everything we talk about to get the most out of it.

Now you’ve invested in yourself, commit to working your way through the course and following the principles I teach. If you forget to do something, don’t beat yourself up – go back to that section, re-watch the video and start again.

Be patient with yourself, you’re creating new habits and this will take time. But, once these habits are in place, you won’t have to think about them twice.

I share what I’ve learned through some very tricky points in my life, and I hope this course will help you to find the balance you need for a successful work and home life.
